Josh Greer

REALTOR Sothebys International Realty Creative and visionary, Josh Greer enjoys a passionate interest in architecture and design. He began a career in real estate as a developer at the age of 21. During his first 8 years in the business, Josh designed and built 12 high-end spec homes, breaking sales price records with each closing. Simultaneously, Josh began working out of a small boutique firm as a sales associate before becoming an independent broker and starting his own company. Josh once again broke sales records when he brokered the sale of several development properties during the height of the development boom along the Gulf Coast. Josh Greer joined The Filice Group after relocating to Los Angeles from the Southeast in 2003. His new projects in Los Angeles include several spectacular renovations in Sierra Towers, which he also calls home. Josh approaches all his design and development projects as a labor of love. He believes every client challenge presents an opportunity to develop something unique and special. Josh is a natural, virtually born into the business of real estate.
