Sierra Towers Condominium
Well, it’s been a long time. I cannot believe that we are in the middle of January 2009 already! Los Angeles real estate is not at it’s healthy state but things are going along pretty well for the first 2 weeks of 2009.
I’ve noticed new listings popping up left and right so it means, sellers are again looking to unload their properties, this time for a bargain. Sierra Towers, the most prestigious high-rise on Sunset Strip and home to many celebrities has a new listing that’s unbelievably “priced to sell”. I am attaching a link to it from a website I came across.
